Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Bus Turístic worth it with kids?

It’s a relaxed way to see a lot of the city in one day from the open top deck. It’s especially handy on your first day, or when you need a break from walking.

How do children’s tickets work?

Children aged 4 to 12 pay a reduced price (from €16.20 for 24 hours), and under-4s travel free.

What are the two routes on the Barcelona Tourist Bus?

The red route goes from Plaça de Catalunya to Sagrada Família, Montjuïc and the Fòrum. The blue route goes to Park Güell, Tibidabo and the Barça stadium. Your ticket covers both, and you can switch at shared stops.

Can we take a pushchair?

Yes. The buses have a ramp and space on the lower deck. The open top deck is up stairs, so a small foldable pushchair is easiest.

When does it run?

Every day from 9am to 7pm, with a bus every 10 to 25 minutes depending on the season. It doesn’t run on 1 January or 25 December.
